Every item you receive from Project-Tee should meet your highest expectations. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for an exchange or refund, as long as it is post-marked within 15 days of the original shipping date.
Items must be in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, with tags still in tact). Shipping and handling charges are always non-refundable. Sale items are also final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. With every order we ship, we include a Packing Slip. Please keep your Packing Slip, as it is important to you. With it, you may return or exchange your purchase. Without the packing slip you may only exchange the merchandise. Your packing slip also includes a prepaid, preaddressed return label
If you wish to return an item simply complete the Return Mail Form (on the bottom half of the Packing Slip), including “Contact Information”, in case we need to contact you regarding your return, along with “Quantity Returned” and “Reason for Return”. Then place your merchandise and completed form in a box, secure it, and affix the pre-paid, preaddressed return label that came with the merchandise. We will deduct a $5.95 fee for postage from your refund when the pre-paid return label is used.
Refunds are issued only to the credit card used when the order was originally placed.
Important Note: Items that smell of smoke, are worn, washed or are in poor condition are not eligible for return or exchange. If items arrive in one or more of these conditions listed the items will be sent back to you at your cost.
